Duty of Care—Critical Deliberations on Peacebuilding, Global Ethics, and Trauma-Informed Narrative Training for Fieldwork

The all-inclusive course fee for Spring 2026 is £1825.00.

£500 Deposit due upon acceptance. The deposit is nonrefundable, but can be transferred to a future symposium.

The remainder of £1325 is due 45 days prior to start date.

Course fees cover private en suite dorm accommodation at Merton College, tuition, most meals including a final formal banquet dinner, and all course materials. Participants will need to meet their own travel costs to Oxford and arrange country entry requirements.


The program runs Monday, 30 March - Thursday, 2 April at the University of Oxford.

Daily sessions: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday - Thursday, at Merton College

Special events: One evening session during the week, a welcome reception, a final banquet dinner

Free time: One afternoon reserved for exploring Oxford

Accommodation: Check-in on Sunday afternoon, and check-out Thursday late morning
